All items were cast using the lost wax process. Sarah Rose hand painted the details on the three bronze ornaments. These ornaments come from the estate of my Motherand are in pristine condition. You can call them ornaments as they are set to hang, but most people don't put them away after Christmas.They can hang in a window or from a shelf on displayed as a group. About the artist: After a short career in taxidermy where she learned anatomy Sarah Rose began pursuing sculptureseriously and became a signature member of the Society of Animal Artists in New York.She was a professional sculptor for over 30 years focusing first on wildlife and then moved exclusively to horses. After retiring from casting bronze, Sarah Rose now focuses on her painting and pastels.
