Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage tearing around the Staples a musty smell the spine is split a third of the way on the front cover but on the back cover there's a tear that goes 50% of the way up the cover 1/2 inch away from the spine the centerfold is detached from one staple and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
