Application: Temperature should be 65°F to 85°F. The best kill occurs when the weeds are young and actively growing. Do not mow for 1-3 days before application and 1-2 days after application. If your lawn is stressed from drought, water thoroughly 24 hours prior to application. St. Augustine and Centipedegrass: For a pressure sprayer, mix 1 oz (2 tablespoons) with 1 gallon of water to cover 500 sq ft. (The 32 oz bottle will make 32 gallons of spray solution in a pressure sprayer.) For a hose end sprayer, mix 1/2 oz (1 tablespoon) per gallon of water to cover 250 sq ft. One quart (32 oz) covers 16,000 sq ft. NOTE: Do NOT apply to "Floratam" St. Augustine grass in Florida. Bermudagrass, Buffalograss, and Bentgrass: For a pressure sprayer, mix 1-1/3 oz (2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons) with 1 gallon of water to cover 500 sq ft. (The 32 oz bottle will make 24 gallons of spray solution in a pressure sprayer.) For a hose end sprayer, mix 2/3 oz (4 teaspoons) per gallon of water to cover 250 sq ft. One quart (32 oz) covers 12,000 sq ft. Bluegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Fescue: For a pressure sprayer, mix 1-1/3 to 2 oz (2 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons to 4 tablespoons) with 1 gallon of water to cover 1000 sq ft. (The 32 oz bottle will make 16 to 24 gallons of spray solution in a pressure sprayer, depending on how strong you mix it.) For a hose end sprayer, mix 2/3 to 1 oz (4 teaspoons to 2 tablespoons) per gallon of water to cover 250 sq ft. One quart (32 oz) covers 8,000 to 12,000 sq ft, depending on how strong you mix it.
