Description: WONDERFUL EXAMPLE OF FELICIANO BEJARS MAGISCOPIO ALSO CALLED MAGISCOPE By renowned Mexican artist, Feliciano Bejar (1920-2007) is known for his experimental sculpture using recycled metal, crystal and glass. His “Magiscopes,” evolved as a result of a lifelong interest in light and the sun. The leaded glass circular panel has concave lenses engraved on both sides which refract the light. The glass panel sets in a welded steel frame and mounts atop a series of recycled industrial steel elements and a weighted base. His signature is engraved at the top of the glass, Feliciano Bejar. Bejar’s work is represented in the collections around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in NYC.THESE LOOK WONDERFUL IN A WINDOW EACH ONE HAS A DIFFERENT PATTERN.
