This listing is for either an 9-piece set, or a 5-piece set, of various kinds of plates made by Federal Glass in their amber yellow Patrician Spoke pattern during the Depression between 1933 and 1937. First things first ... MEASUREMENTS: Dinner Plates: 11" dia.Dessert Plates: 7 3/4" dia.Bread Plates: 6" diaGrill Plates: 11" dia. Now, here are your options: 9-PIECE SET: 3 Dinner Plates (2 have chips - see details immediately below)3 Dessert Plates3 Bread Plates No chips, cracks, unusual wear, or dishwasher haze on any of the pieces in the 9-piece set EXCEPT for two of the dinner plates. One has an outer rim chip, and another has an inner rim chip. (See close up photos). Both of these have been smoothed with a diamond file so they can still safely be used and handled. The price of this set has been discounted due to the two pieces with flaws. 5 GRILL PLATES: Each one of these has minor rim chip(s). Because they are shallow/small, it is somewhat beyond my photography skills to get good close up photos, but I have tried to do so. I did NOT take a photo of every chip. The photos here are representative samples to give you an idea of the size. They have all been smoothed with a diamond file so they can still safely be used and handled.
