These are metal adjustable rings very cheap, using them could break them, but pretty neat, not very durable, so selling as collectible only and certainly not meant for children anymore, as they are a choking Hazard. This is a white color Ring and marked Hong Kong on the inside, it is adjustable, but selling as a collectible for display only. These are new old stock (NOS) and in excellent shape and is new old stock, this is nice, Not perfect, but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..
