Soiled, no photographer name (although you see his shadow in the foreground) and not information as to who these are and where or when it was taken. Based on style of clothing dates to late 1800s or early 1900s. Note the woman with the women;s bicycle at the left end of the group (I cannot see a bar). The building has a sign but cannot read it. Three teams of horses with one in the back of the building next to what appears to be a pen. Nice addition to any old bicycle collection. Sorry but unable to get a close up of the sign or the bike.
