This issue reprints the 1st appearances / origins of Thor (Journey Into Mystery #83), Iron Man (Tales of Suspense #39) and X-Men #1!To explain the green qualified label...... I submitted this long ago when CGC comics still had no clue about foreign comics (they are still having issues with that, its a difficult database to build) This issue was distributed with a soft plastic Pennant/Wallet tucked in the center. It was NOT attached in any way. CGC does not encase loose items that were included in comic, as a rule. They still receive a Blue label, if the item is present, it is sent back (ie a inserted trading card ,ect) In this case, CGC made an error, as there is nothing missing / no cut outs / missing panels ....And yes , the Wallet /Pennant is here. Originally , this copy was never pressed or cleaned, So If you are inclined to resubmit this book to get the Universal Blue label , doing so may increase grade. The wallet /pennant is in beautiful condition , no tears ,only ripples. It is supple,not brittle. This was meant to contain the images featured on back cover , inter-changeable cut outs. One of the most difficult Marvel UK comics to obtain in high grade , due to the all newsprint format , and notorious staples prone to rust/bleed. This exceptional copy may be the best known for a very long time! UK / International / Marvel Comics foreign grail. Incredibly difficult to price as nothing remotely close to this grade has ever sold or had GPA data recorded.
