Produced on thick 300 gsm silk art paper this Limited Edition Print is suitable for framing with or without a mount and will be supplied inside a sturdy cardboard postal tube.Famous Telecaster'sThe body of Eddie Vedder’s Telecaster has been re-profiled to be similar to a Stratocaster. Fitted with a Fralin P-90 neck pickup, it’s finished in a mix of black sparkle paint and adhesive tape and carries a black and white bullseye with a black arrow and the remains of a Ramones sticker. Andy Summers’ Telecaster is fitted with a PAF humbucker and the bridge pickup remounted in the body. The electronics have been rewired to an overdrive, controlled by a third knob. A phase switch is mounted on the control plate and a preamp switch added to the body. Named Micawber after a Charles Dickens character, this 1954 Telecaster was presented to Keith Richards at his twenty-seventh birthday party by Eric Clapton. Keith had a number of changes made including removing the low E so he could have the guitar set up as a five-string in open G tuning. In 1958 Muddy Waters purchased a brand new white Telecaster with a maple neck. The neck was replaced in 1961 and the body was painted red and control knobs changed for those from a Fender amplifier. The original steel bridge was also changed for this brass one with six saddles. Joe Strummer acquired his 1966 sunburst Fender Telecaster in 1975. After joining The Clash the body and pickguard were refinished in black at an auto spray shop. By 1979 a bridge with individual saddles had been fitted, the tuners replaced and the Ignore Alien Orders sticker had been applied.
