Pages clean throughout but they've darkened/tanned. A couple pages are folded towards the ends. The title page has a little crease towards the bottom, vague smudges off to the right, and a little piece of paper that came from the adjacent page. First blank page has a little tear. The cover feels slightly loose towards the bottom, in the spine area. Covers/spine (exterior) have wear (spots/slight cloth frays).
