This plate has been well used and shows the effects of the weather and roads. Please enlarge the picture to see these marks on the plate. From 1962-1973 these membership plates were cast aluminum and had the membership number stamped on the plate in raised numbers. After 1973 the plates were not made in cast aluminum unless it was specifically ordered by the member. This is an international organization of families who own and enjoy the use of recreational vehicles. Since 1963 they have issued more than 500,000 memberships. The headquarters was located in Cincinnati Ohio.
