To install the faceplate, thoroughly clean the installation area to remove any dirt, grease, mold-release compound etc. (Isopropyl "rubbing" alcohol works great.) Next, remove the protective film (front and back) from the faceplate, and peel the backing from the adhesive. Center the faceplate carefully over the display and press in place. If you need to reposition the faceplate, work quickly--the adhesive grabs fast and is very strong.
