Description: This is a stunning find. It is a real Victorian pin, estimated at 1880 or so. They do not build jewelry like this in modern times. My jeweler tested the piece as 14K and silver. There are Burmese Rubies. Condition is ok on most, one has significant chips. The diamonds are old mine cut. So, at first it seems like they are glass, they are not. There are two rose cut diamonds on one end. There is silver solder on the back. A common practice in these times. It is about 4 inches long and 2 1/4 inches wide. This piece is hallmarked, but I cannot identify the mark. My guess is French or Russian. This is a collectors piece. Of course you can wear it.
