Description: Excellent used condition F Loree wood oboe from 2006, serial number QE64 This oboe has not been played for about 5 years, nor serviced for about 7 so it will need a professional servicing to update corks, etc. There is a small hole in one section that is likely a top fill over a pin that came off. This is purely cosmetic and can be filled with a wood composite by a musical instrument repair shop. This oboe was my daughters in high school and the explanation for this hole is from her former oboe teacher who is a professional oboist. Please see the close up photo of this hole in the 7th photo The oboe comes with the case, which is hard bodies with a soft exterior. The 3 reed making tools are also included. It has been well cared for and regularly serviced during its 5 years of my daughter's active use from about 2013 to 2018 and has been carefully stored in our house where there have been no large temperature swings since that time.
