There is a large piece of tax stamp. This attractive white tin features multicolored lettering advertising Poole’s “Monogram" Hand Made cigar brand. The cigars were manufactured by the C. R. Poole Cigara Company, Rockford. IL in Factory 4231st District, IL. The poole Company sold its cigars directly to it customers rather than through stores.
