Description: Rattles a bit when it starts, but once it starts warming up, it quiets down. I cleaned it quite a bit and even blew it out. It was very dusty. Looks like it was sitting a decade or so. I may have missed a few spots, so you might want to do a once over. You can see some dust still in some crevices, but the screens for the food have been thoroughly cleaned in the dishwasher. One tray has what looks like melting damage, but I have ran this device for a while at max setting with no smoke. My guess is it was a salvaged tray from another unit. The damage does not affect function. Tried to restore some of the outside plastic, but it's permanently discolored from the heat of use.
