Description: SORRY BUT THIS PLANT CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO US ADDRESSES. EULOPHIA PETERSII IS ONE OF THE VERY FEW, TRUE DESERT DWELLING TERRESTRIAL ORCHIDS. This orchid is widely distributed in the dry areas of Africa. This is easily grown IF you put it in a very sandy mix and treat it like a cactus. It will cluster readily and flower when it is ready. My flower spikes are about 30-50 inches tall and can have 50 or more fairly large attractive flowers. The cluster shown is AN EXCESS STOCK SPECIMEN PLANT. THERE ARE SEVEN HEADS/PSEUDOBULBS IN THE CLUSTER I grow it year round in Southern California, exposed to the winter rains just like my cacti. The bulbs are hard and solid. The leaves are also solid, not flexible at all. They really look like plastic plants. These are very healthy plants grown in full California sun. We are selling this SPECIMEN CLUSTER OF ONE seven (7) bulb cluster as shown for $100. This cluster is plump and vigorous from the heavy winter rains. It will be uprooted and sent with healthy roots bared, so all you need to do is pot it. DO NOT USE ORCHID MIX OR BARK. SANDY OR GRAVELLY SOIL ONLY. Postage on this plant will be $20. Postage totals will be less if you buy other items, so we can combine other items in this package for the same price For history buffs, my original plants were bought from the old Grigsby Cactus Nursery around 1995. My plants are mostly variable sized adults of different weights and sizes, so shipping is quite variable. I ALWAYS add free plants to make up for any excess shipping charges. Ask for combined shipping charges if you buy multiple plants. Remember that Paypal and shipping supply companies take a bite of the charges. TO automatically GET COMBINED SHIPPING, PLEASE ORDER AND PAY FOR ALL PLANTS AT ONE TIME. ONCE I PACKAGE THEM FOR SHIPMENT, I WILL REFUND EXCESS POSTAGE ON EBAY .
