Description: An original etching as photographed. It was created and published in 1903 by Societe de propagation des Livres d'Art as - Du ler as XXe. Les Arrondissements de Paris. Vingt eaux-fortes originales de Eugene Bejot. The book was published in an edition of 200 copies. There were 175 copies of the. etchings, though they were not signed. This etching is either from one of the 25 other copies, or more likely a proof. This is signed in pencil on the lower left as well as in the plate. The paper is 10" x 6", the plate size is closer to 8" x 5".The rear of the plate is stamped "Bejot Atelier", the paper is dark and it is tipped at the top to a simple mat. The image and paper are closer to the color of the first plate and not the close up.
