Description: Erven Lucas Bols Pitcher Jug ANNO-1575, Amsterdam Holland Blue DELFT, Windmill Design The jug without the stopper is approx.. 5-3/4” tall. Cork stopper height: Approx. 1-1/2” tall Top piece: approx. 2-1/2” tall Width of the jug: Approx. 6-1/4” I find no chips or cracks, however, the cork has become unattached to the top. I didn’t want to try to reglue it and push it into the jug because I was afraid it might get stuck. If you look closely at the images, you will see a “divot” in the cork stopper. Perhaps it had been stuck and dislodged in the past? This piece belonged to my sister, given to her by our aunt who lived in Germany for 3 years after WWII. It has been packed away for many years.
