Description: I am calling this item new, but the box has been opened. The tractor appears inside of the styrofoam as a new tractor. The tires are still covered by plastic. There is a plastic cover on the hood. There is no sign of removal from styrofoam that I could determine. The book is new. The medallion is new. The styrofoam and box are in excellent condiotion.
