Full Disclosure: A search has not provided conclusive evidence, but I believe from inferences made that the original set had 68 volumes. The books have no tears and are in good condition (I am not a professional seller, so that is a layman's description - see the photos, but they show little to no signs of wear.). Along with the set itself is E.H. Mundell's Erle Stanley Gardner, a Checklist, giving a list of ESG's published works, as well as a softcover of Ellery Queen Presents: The case of the Murderer's Bride," a short story not included in the book set (which only included full length books).
