Epoch Calico Critters WINDMILL BABY PLAYHOUSE PLAYSET w/(4) NEWBORN FIGURES

Description: This is a really cute, rare and hard to find, “Calico Critters” collectible “WINDMILL BABY PLAYHOUSE PLAYSET w/(4) NEWBORN FIGURES” made by “Epoch”! (See photos) This colorful playhouse is approximately 11 1/2 tall, 12” long, and 8 1/2” wide. It has (2) levels, with a winding slide, that leads from the second floor down to the ground! On the side is a cute little hot air balloon that can go up and down when you turn the little crank at the top! It has most of the furniture and pieces that it originally came with. (See photo #10) It is missing the ceiling mobile, a few of the pieces, and some of the tiny accessories it originally came with. (You could probably find these missing pieces and accessories for sale on EBay.) I have included (4) cute newborn figures! Twin newborn “White Rabbits”, and twin newborn “Yellow Labrador” puppy dogs! (See photos #11 & #12) This cute, collectible “Windmill Baby Playhouse Playset” is clean and in really good condition! There is some minor discoloration of the blue stairs/walkway. (See photos #7 - #9) All the decorative stickers look great! The newborn figures are also clean and in really good condition! It comes from a smoke free home and would be perfect and hours of fun for anyone who loves these cute and famous “newborn critters”! It would also be a great addition and a “Must Have” for anyone’s “Calico Critters” collection!
