Description: English Aesthetic Movement Transferware Lidded Tureen & Platter Fishing Bodts, Village, Windmill. The tureen measures 13" long x 8 1/2" high x 8" wide. The platter measures 14 1/4" x 10 7/8 wide x 1 1/2"high. The tureen, cover and under platter are all in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. The underside rim of the lid has a little browning (see photos) that will probably clean. The platter has browning to the blank white recessed area where the tureen sits (see photo) which also may clean. The tureen and platter are both marked with English Registry Marks and both are marked with the maker's name : R.C. Brown Westhead Moore and Son. A beautiful English transferware covered tureen and under platter in the Aesthetic Movement Style. excellent antique condition. SH at cost. No reserve, no returns.
