It is new, however it was used as a display and does have some very minor blemishes, and it does come as shown in pictures. The panel itself measures roughly 11 3/8" x 7 3/8" overall. It includes (16) push to reset breakers and they are :(2) baitwell, horn, interior, washdown, courtesy/spreader, navigation, bilge, (3) acc, auto bilge, stereo, stereo memory, acc fuse block, and 12 v acc plugs, all with rubber boots. It also has a BEP digital voltage sensitive relay 12-24 volt 125 amp cont, 140 amp max, a cdm-20 breaker, a cdm-40 breaker and a dual circuit plus 6011 battery switch.
