Description: Emerson Research SmartSet Clock AM/FM Radio with Date Model CKS-2862 Black.Unit is in nice pre-owned condition and clean. Everything on unit works great but when I plug it in it doesn't set the time and date properly. It appears to just set the time and date to the time of manufacture (2005), but when I set the date and time manually, then unplug it and plug it back in then it automatically sets the date and time correctly. Not sure why that is. Date and time may have to be set manually initially?? Maybe I am doing something wrong or there just isn't a good time signal in my area??Because to this I am selling this unit AS IS. The button battery in the unit is also low and needs replaced.
