Description: Embossed Wooden Chest Trinket Jewelry Box with Drawer Vintage 1940's Beautiful circa 1940's honey-toned wood jewelry box with an extra drawer with a red knob. It also features a metal clasp to accommodate a lock, as well as a satin lid lining and felt box and drawer liner. The box lid and drawer front are embossed. The box was originally musical when the lid was opened, but now only plays a few notes. Size: 10-1/2" x 6-1/4" x 4-3/4" high Condition: as previously noted, the musical features is not properly working. Also, the metal clasp has some age-related oxidation, and the felt lining in the drawer does not completely cover the bottom. Otherwise it is lovely and in very good condition.
