( I believe it's Vester).I believe she signed up for some fan club of Elvis after he passed away because I do remember selling Vester's Book. Picture shows a crease and some other flaws to the picture. (all are pictured) . The picture does match up to the NYE 1976 concert in Pittsburgh PA on Youtube.
