I would think this was an unused open box item except that the long straw has what looks like dried up water bubble stains in it - see picture 11 for best reference. This is why I listed as used condition. Box or packaging, if any, may have wear and tear or stickers - see pictures. I get these either from estate sales or from a stores warehouse that has items that have been opened by customers in the store and not purchased or returned and sometimes not even used - but the store still can no longer sell them at their main store. May have wear/marks/scuffs/scratches/box rips/etc. since it may have been used.
