Description: This is a complete untested Billy Blastoff set. The ray gun came undone and was rubber banded on. I scrapped it off for the close up it will need reglued. TV is present. I tested it motor doesn't turn. It is as found. Rocket sled has a cracked fin. Battery compartment is clean. See pics for details.
