The volume on the watch adjusted to max is not loud enough for me to hear them. Their solution is to call me on my cellphone. That works when I have my phone close by. I rarely take my phone to the kitchen and never to the bathroom.They've fixed their 'low battery' notification. For about a month after purchase I would get a text saying "low battery" a full 24 hr after I'd charged it. It's better now. I've placed an appointment on my phone to check or charge the battery every morning. This prompts me everyday. I follow thru and regular charging has stopped the false alarms texts to my neighbor.I've adjusted to all this. The system works. If I push the alert button, they respond. If they cannot reach me, they call my neighbor. If they cannot reach my neighbor, they call EMS. I recently learned that the system also has GPS.
