Degas / Monotypes / texte / de / Denis Rouart’. The edition was limited to 1000 copies: 500 for sale in Paris, 500 for sale in New York. There were a total of 44 prints in each portfolio, but only ten were colored (including the four in this offering) using the pochoir process.
