Description: Offered for your consideration is a brilliantly clear glass low standard open compote with fluted rim made by the Cambridge Glass Company (1902-1958) in their number 2693 pattern. This pattern was introduced circa 1909. The footed bowl measures 5.75 inches (14.6 cm) in diameter and is 3 inches (7.6 cm) tall. This compote is in very good used condition with no cracks, scratches, roughness, nor repairs. There are shallow chips on bottom of base, see photos. Item is used so there may be very faint scratches, slight wear, and other indications of use. The glass is bright and clear with no cloudiness, discoloration, nor lime scale present. There may be bubbles, a shear (straw) mark, and other minor imperfections within the glass due to the manufacturing process used at the time.
