This volume contains the 1934 AMAZING STORIES serial text of "Triplanetary" plus the 1962 novel by Smith and E.E. Evans, "Masters of Space" that was originally published in WORLDS OF IF. It is a curiously clueless edition. Whoever put this together clearly had not read the contents, because the blurbs and such go on at great length about the Lensman series and how this is the first volume of same. No it is not. The 1934 serial had nothing to do with the Lensmen series and was retrofitted into it later. There is no mention of Boskone, Arisia, the lens, etc. It's about space pirates. Oops. But this volume does give you the never-before reprinted original magazine text and the seldom reprinted Smith/Evans story. Always happy to combine shipments on multiple wins. Please note that the foreign postage prices are a guess. If they prove too high, I will refund the difference.
