For instance, if I say it's white and it's obviously black, boom, refund. But if I say it looks good and you think it's only fair, that's subjective and does not qualify for a refund. ASK questions before bidding, don't assume, and there's no reason for a refund unless I send the wrong item. I keep a record/pics of all items I sell until the transaction is complete. If you return the wrong item and try to claim it's what I sent and it isn't, you'll be out the return shipping costs and I WILL NOT return the item. Best Offer (if available) - I sometimes do consider Best Offers on my items, but generally wont consider accepting them until the last couple days of the auction as I like to give my items time to possibly get full asking price.
