This Dyson AirWrap is basically new. The Dyson Airwarp is amazing, however, sadly my wife has very unique hair and she preferred to used a curling iron instead. But yes, I just wanted to mention that there are a lot of FAKE DYSONS being sold on ebay and other websites. They are 3rd party ones made in china that have gotten so good, that their boxes and packaging resemble Dyson's very closely, but the actual product is very poor quality in comparison. I know this because I bought a Dyson from ebay last year from a seller and I had to contact my credit card company to get refunded because the ebay seller scammed me! I am just saying this because I'm trying to help anyone out who sees this message. Do not purchase one even if it says new, unless it is an authorized seller! I would only recommend purchasing them directly through an authorized retailer, such as DYSON themselves, or Amazon, Best-buy, etc. But I can 100% confirm this is an authentic Dyson AirWrap "LONG VERSION", which I directly purchased brand-new from Amazon last year. It is 100% working, functional, and complete with all the parts and case. However, we just discarded the original Dyson cardboard box since we didnt think we would be selling our Dyson! Please message me if you have any questions. I would consider this as basically new, and it looks like even on amazon right now, the price is still 599$ new.
