Based in my personal opinion; as a owner of a dualtron mini and weighing 160 pounds right now, I find the black rubber very hard.I have tried the blue one and now the experience is totally different, it's a radical change in comfort. It's a modification in which from the first second you'll notice the change drastically. It's amazing how comfortable it is right now. My advice is to get the right suspension ruber based in your weight. With the rubber change you will improve your experience, comfort, your everyday use. The scooter will suffer less because the impacts will be less aggressive, your body will receive less vibrations and less impacts from the road or sidewalk. In my personaI opinion, the scooter may even puncture a little less because the shock absorber will work better and will prevent the wheel from having to do all the work when it encounters an object on the road. A strong impact by an object or an uneven ground such as a small stone or hole or a change in surface with a difference of half an inch can cause a puncture from a snake bite.
