Dual Signed Terrence Ross Nike Basketball Shoes With Certificate Of Authenticity

Description: I was the high bidder at the 2013 NBA Summer League for Nike basketball shoes worn by NBA Slam Dunk Champion Terrence Ross for a St. Jude's charity auction dated 7/22/13. The shoes came with and include in this sale a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity from the NBA Summer League, which you can see in the photos. I don't know why, but they quit auctioning basketball shoes at summer league several years ago, even though shoes were very popular. There is no label anywhere on these shoes. There is a number "6" in Toronto colors at the back.The side of the each shoe reads "FLYWIRE" and the shoes have a full cushion of air from front to back. Another curiosity is the large red symbol on the outside of each tongue, at the top. This symbol is repeated on the sole. See photos. Is this a logo for Toronto? It kind of looks like a T. Looking inside the shoe I can see an orange pad with a printed graphic Nike swoosh and lines, which do show some slight wear - more wear on printed graphic of the left side shoe as compared to the right. Of course, Ross is right handed and would jump off his left foot causing more wear on the left shoe. Ross won the NBA Slam Dunk competition that year, 2013, which was his rookie season when he played for Toronto Raptors. I have kept these shoes, as used by Ross in the NBA Summer League of 2013, in original condition in a climate controlled environment in my smoke-free home and have never worn them. I did not pay a premium for these shoes to wear them. Terrence Ross wore them in the NBA Summer League at the end of his rookie season and that was it. I looked at video of the games that year and noticed Ross wearing shoes that looked exactly like these. I have been privileged to own these shoes since July of 2013 and offer them to another NBA collector. I suspect these shoes were made especially for Terrence Ross, the slam dunk champion that year.
