Water using the tray method the water should come up about a 1/4-1/2 the way up the pot. Do not let the tray dry out. LIGHT, sufficient light is required to get the most out of them. They can be grown on a sunny windowsill provided they get 10+ hours of direct light. I prefer to use grow lights on a 14 hr timer. High intensity full spectrum lights
