Fits anything with a 2.75" OD column. Common size for floor models and larger bench models. Requires you to install a snap ring or key ring as shown. You supply your own snap ring tool. Not necessary to remove head stock to install. Has clamping mechanism allowing easy height adjustment. Keep drill bits, chuck key countersinks and center drill hand on the drill press. This nifty setup means you can install without taking your drill press apart. Not shown. Drop barrel bolt into vertical hole. You may need a screwdriver to keep it from falling through and help align as you start the threaded handle into the nut. Only snug clamp. Excessive tightening is not necessary. Lots of grip on your 2.75" OD column (69.85mm). What you are buying is the gray additive manufacturing central column clamp which holds the tray and related hardware. The tray is available at Walmart for approximately $6. It's an 1/8 sheet baking pan. These come in both aluminum and anodized gold for about the same price. This kit is nicer than anything else available at any price. Please understand, it requires about 7 hours of machine time to make plus materials and hardware. Then I have to do several post processing steps including reaming holes, installing hardware and removing burrs from edges. And the shipping is included. ;-) Shown on a Delta DP220. Fits my Atlas 73 & 74 as well as both of my Delta & Rockwell drill presses. MEASURE YOURS! If you want me to make one for a different size column, let me know. I will be adding new sizes every week. Installation:Unplug your drill press.Hold both 1/2's of clamp to drill press column.Install retaining ring on knob in front of tray bracket.Carefully tilt your Nordic Ware 1/8 sheet pan into the bracket. Position assembly and snug down the clamp knob.You can now organize your drill press litter. Done!
