A nice clean bottle with only a couple tiny content residue spots inside. Dr.W.A.Callender of Peoria advertised his Liver Bitters in the 1870s. He also has a square amber Dr.Callender & Sons Celebrated Liver Bitters that is embossed Peoria, Illinois with patent date of April 14, 1874. Callender was located at 1365 S.Adams Street in Peoria. I have dug for nearly 50 years in the Peoria area and have only dug a couple of these scarce clear Liver Bitters bottles!
