Description: Doughpro Proluxe DP1100 Replacement Swing Away Handle Knob w/Screws - Used This auction includes all four parts shown (complete assembly set). This is the handle that connects to the lower platen, the lower swing-away plate of the press. This one is red with a black knob. These parts came off a working Doughpro Proluxe DP1100 press but the internal controls went bad, so we parted it out; these are the last of the parts I have. These are used, still have some dough residue on it, need to be cleaned but otherwise they are complete and in excellent operational condition. Used but not broken or damaged.
