More about Beedecor FAQ Why are the contents inside my frame sliding around? We designed our frames to accommodate a wide range of thicknesses (around 1.5mm). To accomplish this, thinner pieces may slide around. Simply use a touch of glue, or layer the contents to increase thickness to hold them in place. I put pressed flowers inside the frame and I can't close it? Unfortunately, in this case the contents may be too thick for our frames. Even though we tried our best to design our frames to accommodate various thicknesses, some flowers are just too difficult to press flat. We recommend displaying thick pieces in a shadow box instead. Can I adjust or remove the chain on the frame? Yes! The chain comes on the frame and can easily be removed. The ring that holds the chain to the frame is similar to a keychain ring. You can also adjust the length of the chain by cutting it, and then reattaching the keyring to the chain. I can't remove the glue dot on the glass, what can I do? We're so sorry about this - we've discontinued the use of glue dots in our frames as of summer 2023. If your frames have a glue dot, please try to liftit from the surface using your fingers (a rolling motion with the side of your thumb works well). If the adhesive will not completely come off, use another Glue Dot to help lift it. If that does not work, use an adhesive remover such as UN-DU. I have questions regarding my order, what do I do?
