Description: This is a Dominica Mint Block of 4 of the written Half Penny stamps! These are part of a rare group of 1882 provisional overprint issues. This is said to be the largest extant block. It also comes with a used pair. The used pair has the much rarer overprint reading down. These are SG 10 and Scott 10, and are valued at L 1000++ in the SG Catalog. Ex T.
