As always, everything is glued down, so this is more for display than play. This beautiful miniature represents a cozy loft with a couch, lit fireplace, and a piano. This is a great conversation-starter to add to your home. Items are handmade out of various materials, including paper, fabric, wood, twine, and beads. ~ 1:24 scale and measures at ~9" high, 9" long, and 6" front to back. I do my best to ship as securely as possible. So far I have never had a broken peice as a result of shipping, but I always include a small tube of glue just in case.
