Description: DOLLHOUSE Greenleaf Storybook Cottage approx. 20” L x 13” W x 20” H Wooden Unfinished-A1 Nice Storybook Cottage by Greenleaf. Consist of one floor plus attic. Cottage is wooden and has a bay window on the front of the cottage and one bay window on one end. Dollhouse was made with unfinished wood with the tab/slot assembly; 1 inch= 1 foot and has an open-back design. Dollhouse would made a small cute apartment like home, or would be cute as a store. This cute Storybook Cottage is over 30 years old and had been in our business. When we closed the store we decided to moved the dollhouse to our home along with other dollhouses and furniture and sell them online... thus there was damage to the dollhouse roof during the move. On roof at one end you can see what appears to be a little cookie-cutter wooden girl decoration. On the opposite end of the roof, the other cookie-cutter wooden girl decoration has been broken off and have not been able to find the piece. This cute doll house would make a cute hobby to finish it. Due to size, dollhouse will be coming in a large box.
