Doctor Who infrared Battle RC Dalek Ironside damaged box & missing one piece

Description: Please read the full description and look at all of the photos because the box is damaged, and the figure is missing one small piece. This is a Doctor Who INFRARED BATTLE, RC DALEK IRONSIDE figure The Dalek measures about 6 inches tall, 3 inches wide and 4 inches long This was produced by Underground Toys in 2009 with the permission of the BBC. This figure is USED and in Very Good Condition. The DALEK figure is missing the battery case cover (see photos 18 & 19 - the last two). The packaging is in fair Condition. It is partially crushed in the front left side and the cardboard is starting to separate (see photos 1 - 6). There is a small puncture hole through the back of the box (see photos 15 & 16). The instruction manual is included but there is a scuff mark on the front (see photos 13 & 14). The box's original cellophane is included but it has become detached from the box.
