I AM SELLING THE ITEMS IN THIS LISTING AS-IS IN UNKNOWN WORKING CONDITION. I believe that these items will MOST LIKELY function in normal operating condition when powered by their designated batteries, but I DO NOT KNOW THIS FOR CERTAIN. Because of this, I am siding with caution and listing these items as Not Working/For Parts. The company that made these built these to withstand the rigors of years’ worth of jobsite use/abuse, so I think they will likely power on and function normally. But you, the buyer, must take the risk on these. There are no batteries included in this listing. (Even if batteries were present/available, the odds of them holding a charge would be close to zero.) You must source your own batteries for use in this locator system. Please note that the 65R receiver unit’s “Warranty Seal” has been broken at some point, indicating that the unit was opened-up at some point for some purpose in the past. Both receiver and transmitter are in quite good physical condition considering their age and the job site conditions they endured. Although untested, I have every reason to believe that these units operate as they should. The gray 5” induction clamp coiled cord’s outer black rubber/plastic sheathing has completely dry-rotted; the shielded wires within the coil seem to be intact, but I would advise to perform a cord replacement to ensure effective use of this clamp. The black Induction clamp is in excellent condition, as is the Red/Black Direct-Connect Cable. Please inspect all pictures very carefully and ask any questions you may have. These machines were manufactured in the US in the early 1990s for the building and utility trades, so they were made to last. In order to mitigate potential buyer fraud (part swapping/unit swapping/etc.), I have recorded extensive identifying information unique to all major pieces in this listing, including the 65T and 65R units, the charger, and the clamps and cables included.
