The ticket was produced in 1991 in anticipation of the Spring 1992 opening and depicts a Disney Imagineer's view of Sleeping Beauty's Castle in the new park. The passport ticket is numbered A 008491 of an "edition limitée." It's housed in the colorful, die-cut folder, and includes the special-sized plain white envelope as issued.
