She is 10 inches tall and has a knob on her back that makes her arms move in a swimming motion when turned. Her arms move but the knob is not working properly. She would be a fun bath toy. She is wearing her original skirt. She is in good condition with a slight scuff mark on her cheek and scratched paint on one eyebrow. Also, some paint is missing from the knob on her back.
