"Fun and Fancy Free" is a 1947 American animated musical fantasy anthology film produced by Walt Disney and Ben Sharpsteen and released on September 27, 1947 by RKO Radio Pictures. The film is a compilation of two stories: Bongo, narrated by Dinah Shore and loosely based on the short story "Little Bear Bongo" by Sinclair Lewis; and Mickey and the Beanstalk, narrated by Edgar Bergen and based on the "Jack and the Beanstalk" fairy tale. Though the film is primarily animated, it also uses live-action segments starring Edgar Bergen to join its two stories. It's the ultimate center piece of any animation art collection. Buyers are responsible for understanding that this is vintage animation artwork that has characteristics that are NOT NEW. This is an antique, that is in typical antique condition, that is consistence with era it was created in. You buy antiques because they are imperfect, used and have wear. This is a vintage original production cel. It is vintage, not new. It is considered to be an antique. If you are not an experienced collector of vintage animation cels then this kind of piece is not recommended for you, the novice collector. There is no such thing as a 'mint' condition Courvoisier cel Set-up. Inspect item closely, might have areas of missing paint or cracking which is normal wear for a 81 year old hand painted cel. Because it is vintage and NOT new, is the precise reason why you want to collect and buy these pieces. Unfortunately, rookie buyers have un-realistic expectation of perfections.....for those of you who have that need for perfection, then you we recommend starting your collecting with a sericel.
